火车票生成器
目前只做了 蓝票(报销凭证) 的生成（而且有几处 bug 没解决），
另外文字磨损效果生成结果不是太好，且性能堪忧，还需要改进。
欢迎大家提交 PR，因为 issue 不一定有时间处理。
