Font weight differs from builder, preview, test mode and even when deployed in the mobile device

Steps to Reproduce

1. The font can be downloaded from https://font.gooova.com/fonts/13219/tungsten-font.html
2. Add text widget and change its font weight to 400
3. Run Preview and Test Mode
4. Comparing both preview and test mode to the editor, the Font Weight appears to be more than 400. In other words, the preview and test mode does not exactly reflect what is shown in the editor.

Already tried the solution from the following issues, still no luck.

• Font Weight rendering not matching #1399
• Test Mode UI has pixelated text and spacing/colors that dont match preview mode #1407
