Copyright holders

It is essential that proper copyright clearance is obtained from all contributors to Fluidity/ICOM. This is a list of contributors to ICOM with the dates of their consent letters.

In general it is best to err on the side of caution and get permission from anyone who has been anywhere near the code. However, if it is difficult or very inconvenient to obtain permission from someone AND they have not actually written any code for fluidity, permission need not be obtained. In this case, enter "no code" on the list.
