Getting multiple messages from mailin #103

Hi All

I have got mailin setup and I am getting multiple messages each time an email is received.

Initially I was getting 2 messages per incoming messages but this has gradually increased and I am now getting around 6 copies of each message.

any ideas about where I can start looking?
