Importing dump using impdp throws ORA-39083 and ORA-65096 #3

I am using Oracle 19c to import the foxopen data pump. when i issue the command

impdp system DUMPFILE=foxref-enterprise.dmp KEEP_MASTER=NO LOGFILE=foxresun.log FULL=YES
I received errors of ORA-39083, ORA-65096 and several others. Attached is the error log file for help please.
