Name the element name explicitly in error messages

Many error messages explicitly not mention the name of the element, since that is included in the path, which follows the error. Looking at the actual errors however, it occurs to me that it can be quite unclear:

[ERROR] Element is of type 'boolean', which is not one of the allowed choice types ('string','Quantity') (at [0].entry[2].resource[0].valueBoolean[0], element Bundle(http://example.org/StructureDefinition/DocumentBundle).entry.resource->Observation.value[x][@default])
