Partially incompatible with Custom Portal API

Bug Description

Using Custom Portal API with Embeddium causes the portal colors in the Custom Portal API mod to turn black. Removing Embeddium restores the portal colors to their configured values.

Reproduction Steps

Installation: Custom Portal API, Embeddium, and ccpacrcompact
Configure ccpacrcompact to build a custom portal.
Build a custom portal in the game.

Unfortunately, the log doesn't contain too much useful information, so I suspect that however the Custom Portal API is specifying its portal colors is currently incompatible. I'll take a look and see what I can do.
