Ulduar Thorim Hardmode Sif comboing spells too fast #212

Thorim hardmode is an RNG fight rather than hardmode, because sif cast's her skills so fast that a raid member loss is most likely, Sif'll cast a frostbolt and volley right after without GCD which results in a dead raidmember in 1.5seconds or so.
As you can see on the video below sif wait's around inbetween casts.

I've counted sif casting frostbolt volley after casting a frostbolt and the fastest had 4 second inbetween.
which you can track on the grid/raidpanel of the frostbolt's and volley's slow effects.

I think I have a fix, haven't been able to test it out yet but should be solved.
