Deserialization: Prevent PersistentCollection instance from being replaced #76

Hello,

This is linked to FasterXML/jackson-databind#966.

I think that, when deserialization begins, hibernate module should:

preserve pre-instantiated hibernate PersistentCollection
clear the collection
