Bluespace Parts - Reverse Engineering doesn't work #243

Description

Bluespace Parts give a blank tech disk after Reverse Engineering it. Putting it into the server doesn't make the parts available for production.

RE was added to many things, but the respective dynamic lathe recipes for them were never added. Blame Simple-Station/Einstein-Engines#910. Also, there may or may not be an issue with RE generating invalid tech disks (not confirmed yet)...
