Roadmap for Jellyseerr

As requested, here is a quick overview of what we're planning as next features on Jellyseerr, in approximate order:

• feat(jellyfinapi): switch to API tokens instead of auth tokens #868
• feat: Jellyfin/Emby server type setup #685
• Make sure that all the refactors we've done work properly (like Next.js update or the refactor to the Fetch API)
• refactor: Proxy and cache avatar images #907
• feat: blacklist items from Discover page #632
• feat: add linked accounts page #883
• SSO: will depend on feat: add linked accounts page #883. We'd like to start afresh from this PR instead of merging feat: support OIDC authentication #184
• feat: add postgres support + migrations #628
• feat: override rules #945
• Allow dedicated sonarr/radarr instances for anime #232
• feat: add support for requesting "Specials" for TV Shows sct/overseerr#3724
• Notifications improvements: Add Setting for Verbose Notification Logging #1134, feature: Assign multiple Discord user ID's to a single user in Jellyseerr #1130, Gotify settings for each users #1056, Multiple webhooks #804, Add support for Telegram Topics #674, Gotify Priority Notification #562, Email with profile picture? #512, feat(api): set tmdb api query's default language based on locale setting #627, [Feature Request] ntfy notification support #499
• Blacklist improvements: Enable Hiding of Blacklisted Items for (BL) Admins #1022, Add Tag-Based Content Filtering System in Blacklist Settings #1076
• Improve filters to (add more options and add filters to missing pages)
• [Feature Request] Music / Audio support #96

No ETA here, we're all volunteers and we do our best in our spare time.

This does not mean, however, that a PR that is not mentioned here will not be merged! Feel free to make new PRs 😉

IIRC, Lidarr was added to a far too ambitious roadmap a couple years ago.
It's not abandoned, our attention is just elsewhere for the moment. It should eventually be integrated into Jellyseerr.

Yes. We just didn't add it to the list for now because the list includes our immediate priority as the simultaneous server support is a big refactor and we need to prioritise some qol features and bug fixes before going for that

I would really appreciate music support, even if it is not yet integrated with lidarr.
Just seeing what my household requests in music would be nice.
