Add Ammo Remaining Output to Loaders

Add a pin that keeps track of the ammo left in loaders and outputs it as a percentage. A bit like fuel percentage left in the reactor, but for ammo loaders. It would be nice if you could tell at a glance which loaders need swapping by hooking it up to a text display.
