Duplicates

  • I have searched the existing issues

Latest version

  • I have tested the latest version

Steps to reproduce 🕹

Link to live example: https://mui.com

Steps:

  1. Goto any page of mui.com on Firefox.
  2. Search for mui on Search Engine and option mui.com website.

Current behavior 😯

I go to any page of mui.com, it keeps refreshing (reloading) itself.

This issue occurs only when your fake filler extension is enabled.
I tested it in Chrome and Safari browsers. The site is working fine over there.

After clearing the cache and browser history related to MUI.com, I tried, but the issue still persisted.

Your environment 🌎

OS: MacOS Ventura (13.2.1)
Browser: 115.0.1 (64-bit)

Yes @gukandrew , I was using a web extension 'Fake Filler' which was causing the issue. If you're using any such evil web extension, please find and remove it, the issue will be resolved.

@genialkartik thanks for your answer! Actually I'm really using the extension. I know about the workaround with extension removal :)
However I'm here in the FakeFiller/fake-filler-extension to bump the issue up so maybe authors of FakeFiller will fix the issue soon.
