Currently a few things are blocking a release to crates.io

Tcp socket read, without read_with ublox-cellular-rs#17 / Release to crates.io ublox-cellular-rs#19
Release of defmt (https://github.com/knurling-rs/defmt/)
Make alloc optional, defaulting to slice based API 00imvj00/mqttrs#29
Better documentation
TLS handling #2
