What it does
Adds lots of detailed tooltips, including shulker boxes, bee hives, food values, etc.

Why should it be in the modpack
Improves the UX of various elements at once, basically #31 but not as bloated

Why shouldn't it be in the modpack
Weird command-based configuration system, a bit anti-vanilla (I should limit which tooltips will be visualized)

Rejected as it moved exclusively to Quilt and FO does not plan to move to it in the near future.
