Describe the Bug

frequencies in the controller are shifted to the left if there are no frequencies on the left.

Reproduction Steps

1. I open the controller settings
2. I set the frequency to any slot except the first.
3. confirm setting

Expected Result

When tuning, I expected to see each frequency in its proper place.
