Ability to disconnect last.fm/Spotify from accounts #155

Is there a way to disconnect these accounts once you connect them? I was accidentally logged into the wrong last.fm account when I connected it... :P

Re-auth will replace the existing credentials; soundtrack.io/auth/lastfm.

Keeping this open as one might want to disconnect entirely.
