I somehow failed to find the NCB - Neuronal Cell Bodies dataset, in the paper it refers here ( git.io/JOnWX ) and here I looked up every single folder but couldn't find it. (Neither in the pypi folders). May I firstly ask where to find the dataset.
My second question is, there is no pretrained weights or something, right - for neuron detection one should firstly reach that dataset do some "config" fine tuning and trained the model.
Thanks
