Adding content to Resources Section

@Mr-Sunglasses , I noticed that the Backend, Web 3.0, App development & AI and ML sections are currently empty in the Resources section.

As a member of this community, I am currently working on the backend section. Can you please assign this task to me so that I can get started? I look forward to contributing and helping to fill out these important sections. Thank you for your consideration.
