I just wanted to know, can I use this Library to download DICOM of PACS server to local? Also, this is specially designed for ORTHANC or can be used for other PACS server as well?

If you're interested, the dev branch has been significantly expanded and now offers a complete containerized client PACS management system.

In particular px-find and px-move have been significantly revamped and have been tested to work with orthanc and some commercial PACS offerings.
