Add option for disabling the typing text effect with the Adv Wide HUD

Some players who enabled the Adv Wide HUD don't like it that you can hear the typing text each time you select a new target. This is because of the fact that the target name and target sub-name are always visible on the screen. Fortunately the typing text for these elements can easily be disabled with the following patch:
In Freelancer.exe, change the hexadecimals from 01 to 00 in the following offsets: 0E111B, 0E11AF, 0E1A61, 0E21CF, 0E32B6, 0E32CA, 0E47B2, 0E47C6.
