建议在Readme文件中增加维护模式的提示 #728

目前在SDK页面同时有java-sdk和web3sdk并存，对于新用户而言，没有提示选择哪种。考虑到web3sdk以后不会添加新特性，建议在readme文件的醒目位置增加下说明，例如：

web3sdk is no longer in active development, and is currently in maintenance mode.
