- Bumps all dependencies to revolve around latest Sphinx
- Removed unsupported dependencies
- Updates CI actions
- Python 3.12 is now used
- Update theming slightly to match frc-docs
- Bump content width from 820px to 1000px
- Color bar adjusted to three colors
- Updates gradient to match frc-docs
