In the list of ports in the FMS Whitepaper Section, ports 1130 and 1140 are listed as carrying DS->Robot and Robot->DS data, respectively. In packet captures I see that UDP traffic in both directions is happening on UDP port 1110 and no traffic at all shows up on 1130 and 1140.
Apparently a change happened at some point but has not reached this document.
