I just noticed that we are still pushing an older version of the data dictionary table to ARGOS.
The tables are not the 1.6 versioned tables.

I am not sure what steps need to be taken to update it, because it isn't a part of my data push. We need to. discuss, but for now assigning to Jonathon, because I do not know hwo to do this
