Initiate & Respond to Range Requests

I see there is a "TwoWayRangingInitiator" and "TwoWayRangingResponder" sketches, which are meant to run on separate devices.

Is there a way I can do both on the same device? Basically I would like to have a mesh of multiple devices, and have every device capable of ranging to every other device, is this achievable?
