We can't make the monsters update look any faster neither for the steps due to limitations in how was the server coded, this issue was already handled on my side and I could not make it any better, maybe due to the scheduler or the dispatcher itself, I'm leaving the issue open and marking it as an enhancement instead since this is a limitation of OTS (You can put 100 ms or 300 ms and they will react at the same speed careless of the value entered).
the monster can not attack the player, he is behaving in a wrong way.
the delay in the monster's walking, is very slow...
