Concatenate the two fits into one loop of two consecutive fits on the same systematic model

We want refactor the code to do both rounds of fitting for each model consecutively, instead of doing the first fit for all systematic models first, before moving on to all the second fits. This will reduce a lot of the overhead for bookkeeping of the data.
