Lawrence tried to run these, and ran into issues early on. Jon ran NREL 5 MW correctly for a few timesteps. 10 - 11 s /timestep to do the entire calculation.

Need 700 s to complete milestone, which is currently impossible with the current setup. Will need some optimizations to make this feasible. Ilker working on some optimization ideas.

Might only be working for this specific setup, not with other versions.

Nate: there are a few issues that need to be addressed other than segfaults. Still hard to get through an entire run.

Shreyas and Jon Rood will be working on this. Lawrence confirmed this morning (5/9) that they will provide a stable executable without segfaults that we can use. Lawrence and Nate will confirm that it will work for the length of the run.

They'll hopefully have a stable executable, hopefully very soon (<24 hrs). Shreyas will be submitting this after he resolves a separate issue with his own setup.

Nate and Lawrence: there are other Frontier-related issues that might inhibit completion of runs for this milestone, but we don't have much control over that. We'll try to keep those issues separate from our own issues.
