Neither PowerShell nor CMD seem to be affected by this program, even when started in administrator mode. MSConfig also is not, but that utility is used rarely

gitbash as well, although that's just another cmd.exe

Same bug with ConEmu (which I use to launch "Windows-bash" and cmd sessions) when using right-click on window title and 'Move to' button.
Even if MoveToDesktop.exe has been launched as Administrator.

Note: there is NO problem with ConEmu when using the hotkey!
