How to make the program click with the mouse instead of pressing a key

The application I'm trying to keep active will still disconnect me if it detects key presses. It needs a mouse click in order to properly register activity, but I can't find a way to add a mouse press when adding keys to the program, yet there's a way to set where the mouse should move.
