Updates to how the tip jar will work

I've recently decided that the tip jar will no longer go to me. Not only am I no longer the only developer working on OpenSesame, thanks to this amazing community, but I believe that the tip jar should go to somewhere better.

I was about to just remove the tip jar entirely, but I decided 100% of it will go to a few charities.

I'll be sure to share more details on this soon. OpenSesame is made by the people, for the people, and now will help even more people!
