[Feature request] Mark events as awaiting confirmation

Hello everyone,

In order to improve the calendar management, I suggest to add an "Awaiting confirmation" button in event creation page as same as Microsoft 365 allows events to be shown as "Tentative".

It would be very useful to know at a glance if an event is awaiting confirmation or not.
I know we can invite contacts to events but in personal life, my friends and family are ignoring the event invites on their phones or computers.

In the calendar view, I suggest to add a ⏳ on each event marked as awaiting confirmation.
If not possible, i'll understand but hope that idea would help some users.
