sometimes (but not Always) Etar 1.0.47 from F-droid will display e.g. July 30, 2024 / Tommorow, Tuesday even when "July 30, Tuesday" is actually Today.
Error persists when I switch days back and forth (e.g. claims incorrect "July 29 / Today" for yesterday etc.). It is as it cached the day names while I was slooking at the calendar yesterday, and never updated them after midnight... It "fixes" itself automagically at some time later (after another day passes?)
Here is a screenshot, showing current hour line at 13:48 (which is only ever shown for Todays current time!), while still claiming it is "Tommorow".
(only other possibly related issue I've found is #1521 (comment) but that is supposed to be solved some time ago, and I'm using stock Android 13 ROM, not LineageOS)
