Make it easier to change the order of the bone list in the Weights view

If you want to change the order of the bones in the Bones list in the Weights view, the only way to do so is to select them one by one and drag them to change their order. This can be tedious in long lists with a large number of bone names, so it would be more efficient to allow dragging multiple bone names together, or to add some hotkeys that allow you to move the selected bone to the top or bottom of the list.
