Tracing multiple attachments at once

Currently, mesh tracing must be performed one attachment at a time, but it may be more efficient to first trace a large number of attachments at once, followed by a workflow in which the mesh is manually modified as needed. It would be useful to add a means of selecting multiple attachments to trace.
