与目前市面上的 nodeplayer.js & jessibuca 相比，播放监控摄像头时对比发现多出 2 - 3 秒的延迟。
尝试了以下方法仍未解决：

减少 chunkSize 大小(减少拉流到解码的延迟)
尝试每次绘制 frame 都绘制当前 frames 的最后一帧 (减少缓冲区导致的延迟)

希望能够提供一些思路来解决这个问题
