H5移动端直播流视频停止后再次播放不能播放 #68

企业微信H5开发过程中，发现安卓系统在视频播放停止后，再次播放就画面静止不动问题，监听各个事件后发现是解码停止了(performance事件)，在视频直播地址切换也会有同样的问题，目测非直播流视频在安卓端也会有相同问题
