GUI - Freeze the header strip on the run page above the table

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On the runs page, when I try to delete or diff runs which are contained lower in the table, I need to unnecessarily go back to beginning of the table and the page, since the delete and diff buttons are there.

Describe the solution you would like
(Optionally) freeze the header strip above the table, containing the search, the filter, the diff and delete buttons (like the toolbar strip is already frozen).

Describe alternatives you have considered
When the table is scrolled, make the delete and diff buttons float (the search and the filter are used before the runs, not after, so those are not necessary).
