Change View "My Elections" and "Browse Polls"

It is not clear when viewing elections - what type of election is it:

• It is not clear if this is an election or a poll
• is it Restricted Election / Poll
• is it open to all voters (Poll - Demo Election - without any restrictions - show-of-hands)
• is it limited by device type
• is it Restricted / limited by - voter emails
• is it Restricted / limited by - voter IDs

The title is misleading - it says Browse Polls - but in fact we have here both Polls and Elections (some wide open, some managed by device, some managed by email, some managed by vote ID - but it is not clear which is which.)

Or, maybe we should have a new menu items "Reports":

• Browse Polls and Election
• My Audit Reports
• Election Change Logs
  -- when it was created, status changes, election admin changes, changes to Candidate names,
  -- who changed what on the Election Parameters - Dates: created, changed, start, end, closed on
• Download Election Parameters (without ballots) - list of all elections (with all the parameters)
