Currently the browse poll view is quite cluttered.

This view shows all elections that have the "Publicly Searchable" flag set in the election settings. Previously this was set by default for quick polls but around September 2024 this was changed to a box that the election admin had to actively enable. You can see that the more recent items look less cluttered as a result.

To further clean up these election titles, we need to update the experience when copying an election. When a user copies an election, they should be prompted to provide a name for the new election (instead of automatically calling it "Copy of "), and they should be asked how they'd like to proceed with the publicly searchable setting (only enable the new one, only enable the original, or proceed with both searchable).

I'm not sure how the UI should look. But this could be done with a stepper (similar to the voting method selection when adding a race), or a series of popups ("useConfirm" is a function we already use for this)

P.S. Once this is implemented please email me at [email protected], I can review the historical publicly browsable elections and reset some of them
