This parameter tells MUSE whether to minimise or maximise an objective. However, I think it would be better to hardcode this for each objective rather than having this as a user-configurable parameter. For example, LCOE should always be minimised, comfort should always be maximised. It would just make life easier rather than having yet another parameter with a confusing name to keep track of. If someone really wants to maximise LCOE, they can always write and register their own objective (would just be a few lines of code), but I really don't see this happening.
