A sugguestion- rename "ExistingCapacity.csv"

One of the input files is "ExistingCapacity.csv". Based on its name, it seems to me the file would contain the existing capacity of various technologies (over different years). However, in the documentation (section 9.3.6 "Existing Sectoral Capacity"), it says that this file actually describes the decommissioning profile (of the initial capacity) over time.

Describe the solution you'd like

I suggest considering a more intuitive name, such as "InitialCapacityDecommissionProfile.csv", "InitialCapacityProfile.csv" or something similar. I think this could help users better understand its contents.
