Username Not Found On Admin Panel

After starting apache2 and dnsmasq, I attempt to access the admin panel; the page loads but as soon as I type in my correct username and pass I set earlier in the process, I am prompted saying that my username is not found... Did I do something wrong, I used my LAN ip during installation and only plan to use the server on my local network.
