I've tried installing CoWFC three times, using both 16.04 and 16.04 Server - in different VM software, all using a bridged connection to my router, installing the LAMP stack manually beforehand or just running the script standalone - it all seems to install fine, but I just cannot for the life of me access the admin panel in my web browser. Each time, I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I've tried disabling the firewall, everything, it just won't connect!
