Hello how can i run it i clicked the keygen.sln file and it opend up visual studio code and got this error

Are you trying to build it or are you just trying to run it? If you are just trying to run it, hop over to the Releases page and download the latest build.

but windows defender detects it as a virus and google chrome

Keygens are commonly flagged as malware by scanners.
You can see the source code for XPKeygen, nothing malicious.
