Primehack does not include portable.txt, and has no symlink for saves

Primehack is now missing its portable.txt file, causing it to dump all system files into Appdata instead of the Emulator folder.
Logically as well, this has broken the save symlink that existed before. There is no folder within the Emudeck Saves folder entirely.

E: Running the Reset Config option seems to generate the files and symlink properly. I started with an entirely fresh uninstall and reinstall though, so maybe it's not being properly set in the initial install?
