From the export dialogs, in addition to "Show exported files in Explorer" (explore should be capitalized), there should also be an option to "Open in PyScripter" that will open the Python files in PyScripter.

If PyScripter isn't installed, send the user to the download page: https://embarcadero.com/free-tools/pyscripter/free-download
