"Cornell Spectrum Imager for MATLAB"
CSILAB is a package of MATLAB functions for the analysis of electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) data. CSILAB contains a variety of general-purpose EELS analysis functions, and can be used to automate analysis routines developed through the Cornell Spectrum Imager (CSI) graphical program while producing numerically identical results.
