Players can't connect to server

I created a server on Windows 10 and open ports but players can't connect. I'm trying to reinstall the server but didn't work.

Did you open the ports on the windows firewall and your router? Also, if you are trying to connect with a domain name you need to set it as a FQDN in settings. Google how to do that.

Are you sure the ports are open in UDP, not TCP? Also make sure that Windows Firewall is not restricting ElementZero access to the network.
